Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vi Carter.

Because we sell a combination of digital products and physical products, our return and refund policy differs depending on the item purchased.

Digital Products (eBooks, Audiobooks, Digital Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once an eBook, audiobook, or other digital product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at info@authorvicarter.com, and we will do our best to help resolve the problem.

Signed Paperbacks, Hardcovers & Special Editions

If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the damage or defect

  • A brief description of the issue

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

  • Replace the item

  • Issue a partial refund

  • Issue a full refund

We reserve the right to determine the most appropriate solution on a case-by-case basis.

Change of Mind Returns

As many of our products are signed, personalized, limited edition, or printed specifically for customers, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Preference changes after ordering

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows that your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.

Replacement or refund decisions will be made once the carrier's investigation is complete.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Cancellations

Physical product orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.

Digital products cannot be cancelled once delivery has occurred.
