Processing Times

Digital Products

eBooks and audiobooks are delivered electronically and are usually available immediately after purchase.

If you experience any issues accessing your digital products, please contact us at info@authorvicarter.com

Physical Products

Signed paperbacks, hardcovers, merchandise, and special editions are processed in the order they are received.

Please allow approximately 3–10 business days for processing before shipment unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • New releases

  • Special edition launches

  • Kickstarter fulfilment periods

  • Holidays and peak shopping seasons

Pre-Orders

Items marked as pre-orders will ship on or around the estimated release date listed on the product page.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

Please review individual product listings for specific release and shipping timelines.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Package weight

  • Shipping method selected

All shipping charges are displayed before payment is completed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@authorvicarter.com and we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at the customer's expense.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage

  • A description of the issue

We will review the situation and arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution where applicable.
